Return Policy

Every So Fetch piece is handmade to order, just for you. Because of this, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Made to order

Each item is crocheted and assembled by hand once you order it. Since nothing is mass-produced or pre-stocked, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if the item simply isn't what you hoped for.

We do not accept returns for

  • Change of mind or "I don't like it".
  • Slight variations in colour, size, or styling — every handmade piece is unique.
  • Delays caused by the courier once the order has shipped.

When we do accept returns

We will accept a return or send a replacement only if your item arrives damaged or defective, and only when a clear, continuous unboxing video is available as proof.

  • The unboxing video must start before the package is opened and show the sealed parcel, the opening, and the damage in one unedited clip.
  • Without an unboxing video, we are unable to process a damage claim.
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to raise a damage claim

Email hello@sofetch.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video. Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
