Is the quality really as good as it looks?+
Every piece is made by hand by our maker — no machines, no shortcuts. What you see is what arrives. If anything looks off from what was shown, reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.
How long does shipping take?+
We make every order to order. It ships in 2–3 working days and reaches most of India in 3–6 days after that.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet. We're working on it. For now, we ship anywhere within India.
Can I add a gift note?+
Yes — free with every order. Add it in your cart before checkout. We print it on a card and slip it inside.
What is your return policy?+
Every piece is handmade to order, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns or send replacements if an item arrives damaged AND you have a clear unboxing video as proof. See our Returns page for details.
What if she doesn't like it?+
We understand gifting can feel like a risk. That's why we show exactly what you'll receive — no stock photos, no surprises. If your item arrives and looks meaningfully different from what was shown, message us and we'll sort it out. We want every gift to land perfectly.
Are the plushies safe?+
Yes — cotton yarn, hypoallergenic fibre fill, no detachable small parts on adult plushies. Keychain plushies are for ages 8+.
Can I order in bulk for events?+
